While Guillermo’s apartment was in a great location and it was safe, there were a few issues I encountered on this trip. First, the code he provided in order to get into the building did not work at all and I know I entered the code he provided accurately. Luckily, I was able to call security and they were able to let us in. I contacted Guillermo through the app and he didn’t get back to me until 2 hours later. Second, the ac in the bedroom made really loud mechanical noises every couple of minutes which was very disruptive at night, so we didn’t sleep well. Third, the power went out in one of the nights and while I was contacting Guillermo to see what we can do, he didn’t get back to me until the next day informing me that power losses occur time to time. It would have been appreciated if I got the heads up ahead of time. Other than that, the apartment was a bit dusty but my partner and I made do with the trip and still had a good time.

Slight difficulty checking in as the keypad had changed but host very responsive. Building mgmt also was there and assisted. Overall a great stay and really enjoyed the location.

The host was very responsive when I had a questions and was very flexible as well. My flight in was a little earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very nice. The place looked just like the photos and was very nice, the view and location is amazing. I had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great spot to vacation at.

Everything is as described. View of the beach from both rooms is breathtaking! The view was so gorgeous my significant other did not want to leave Guillermo’s apartment. He said the view made our trip worth it. I managed to explore some of what the island had to offer(wish I had more time) and the people are so friendly and kind. I will definitely go back to Guillermo’s.
