Our place is a quaint and cozy Mediterranean style home, where you can relax during your vacation and take your mind to the coast. Enjoy complimentary water and coffee with a Keurig in the room stocked with K-cups, paper towels, plastic cuttlery, paper plates, microwave, and mini fridge. We also have a beautifully charming and friendly cat named Salem. He's very curious and will probably greet you at the front door. Allergic to cats? That's ok! We have HEPA filtration throughout the house and in the room you'll be staying in. I'm allergic to cats, but I don't feel anything with the filters. (And he doesn't go in your room.) We have a community hot tub and pool, also equipped with tennis and a games room for you to enjoy. Just give me a heads up, and I'll leave the key fob for you! The bedroom and bathroom are yours to enjoy during your stay! We ask that the common area (kitchen/living room) just be a place for you to pass through and refill your water pitcher (if you need to), but please do say hello! Alan and I are very friendly! We can also give pointers on your vacation if you have questions. * Ideally, we would like to be home to greet you. However, if we are not home, no worries - we have a smart lock keypad on the front door for you to use! You'll get your own special code for the door. :-) **No use of our kitchen.
