We loved everything about Jody’s place, it is a proper house, modern and a warm welcoming home. The views are lovely, the home is large and very peaceful. The lockable garage for your car is a bonus. From the home it is 10 mins into the middle of town, only a 5 min drive to Duntryleague Golf Course one of the most picturesque golf courses in Australia, the reason we choose this location. We will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Lovely property and deck. Peaceful, country view but close enough to Orange CBD and wineries. Would recommend!

We were mesmorised by the resentation of this property as we approached from 500m away. Manicured lawns/gardens/edges post and rail fencing...........a real street presence. The Hamptons theme really suited the manicured block and landscaped grounds with stand alone double gagarage (remote roll-a-door) being a real bonus, after being out touring for the day or pack/unpack our vehicle. This home away from home is actually better than the photos provided and exceeded our expectations and deserving of a 5 star rating.....little things like generous provisions for tea/coffee/condiments etc ... We were looking forward to the fire place at night but even at 5 deg C......couldnt justify lighting it as the house is so well insulated and built.

The property was terrific, with stunning views of the countryside while being less than 10mins to town. Jody and Ryan were excellent hosts - very responsive to questions and protective with communication. Would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Orange.

Armara Views is exactly as described - 180 degree views across the beautiful hills to the North and a peaceful location. It was very tranquil sitting on the verandah watching the sun go down as the black cattle grazed on the lush pastures and the tiny wrens flitted among the jasmine creeper. We awoke to the sounds of the local magpies, singing their beautiful morning song. The house is well equipped with all that you need for a home away from home. The lock up garage was a bonus as were the mountain bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
