I stayed there for a month and every time I had to use the bathroom I had to clean someone else’s pee up General not clean, but the price was okay. It’s a great suburb and the host was really sweet

Everything was alright during our stay. The house is ten minutes walking from the Laverton train station so that is easy to go to Melbourne. The two flatmates are very nice people and we had a really good time with them. Erica is nice, very accomodating and always responds quickly when we had a question. Thank you for everything

Erica was running the Landlady's duty kindly and with affection. She has a style that attracts people and make them welcome. She was very understanding and supportive. Like a real business lady, she was curious about improving the facilities, but it all ended there...nothing, including the MUST BE DONE was changed within the time of my stay. Some of the issues don only damage & devalue the property, it certainly carries health risks with. TV in almost at the heart of Melbourne city has hardly ever 4-5 channels in function in the contemporary digital era. Neighborhood wise, left hand side house too noisy, the permanent tenant, a wonderful man, a night shift worker - requires a noise free environment from early morning hours throughout the day- hard to fulfill...hot water taps make a house shaking noise for example...and running out of hot water was frequent experience. The listed parking facility wasn't there either, so all in all: good for days but not for months.

Our time here was peaceful and relaxing. We were made to feel welcome and right at home by Shaun (the guy sharing the house). He was lovely and friendly and made us both feel like we had known him for years. This place was perfect for us commuting to the cbd as its close to the train station.
