This was my favorite Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Everything was so wonderful. The beautiful landscaping and the gazebo overlooking the river was amazing. And Katherine and Don are the nicest people. They really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would give everything 10 stars if I could!

This space was so lovely, and private. I felt very safe, comfortable and welcomed by Katherine and her husband. I travelled alone so this was the best location for me; gated, safe and so clean. The water was lovely to sit by the water on the private guest dock and sleep with the windows open in the evening while listening to the water features. I will absolutely come visit Katherine and her lovely place again.

Our stay in Katherine’s carriage house was perfect in every way. It was spotless clean and well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable. The property is gorgeous with koi ponds and river views that create a peaceful environment for a relaxing stay. The property is not far from downtown Coeur D’Alene and all of its amenities. Katherine and her husband were not only cordial and friendly but also helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!!

Wonderful experience, quick response time & communication. Went above and beyond to accommodate special request on day of arrival. View from 2nd floor living room facing ponds and main house were magical during twilight and into evening. Lighting and glow from property was a scene from a Thomas Kinkade painting. Battery powered flickering candles & small lamps on kitchen counter tops enhanced ambiance of space. Thank you Katherine for sharing your beautiful property. Your thoughtful & responsive accommodation made for an exceptional experience.

Katherine was great and very helpful! I learned that she is a warm Irish woman who lived in France for over 20 years and now lives here in North Idaho. The property is gated. And it goes down to the Spokane River. Beautiful vista of the river. A wonderful gazebo where you can sit and drink your coffee in the morning or sip a tad of wine in the evening. The guest residence is above a back garage. Clean. Restful. And very private. My son, who is 22, and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a large family reunion. He also loved the grounds and the apartment. Highly recommended!
