Awesome host and place to stay! Dan was so welcoming when we first got here and we felt comfortable. He makes sure everything is taking care of wether it be from something that needs maintenance or the grill needing propane. Dan is on top if it! The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging and there is a grocery store right around the corner. Definitely a great host!

Dan's the man!. I've never stayed in someone's basement so it was a little weird but Dan's place makes you feel cozy and at home. If you get cold there is a heater conveniently next to the bed. The place is very clean and organized. I needed some amenities and Dan made sure I got what I needed. let's not forget about Quita. she will greet you at the door and is a very friendly Dog. There is no TV but I didn't need it, I spent most my time around NY. He provides wifi so you can watch anything from your laptop, but it's NY so get out and explore! If you decide to stay at Dan's place I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I lost my apartment in a fire and stayed at Dan’s little basement unit while I looked for a new home. Dan keeps the place nice and clean. The bed, pillows, and bedding are so comfortable. The place is nice and private. The area is really lovely for some nice walks. If you have a car, it’s close to lots of things. Dan was super kind, communicative host. I was so grateful to have found this little spot while I did.
