Spacious, well organised with really easy self check in. The host gave helpful directions and the house is in a perfect location close to the main town square. There are wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside from the kitchen and the living room, perfect to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of local wine. The host will book taxis for you to and from the train station if needed. The fan in the bedroom is really effective at keeping you cool at night and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect!

This is an amazing house in a great location. I parked out front to unload my car and then drove around the corner and parked for free. The house is beautiful. It is comfortable, clean and has everything you'd need including a washing machine, dish washer, kitchen table, sofa, lounge chairs, and wi-fi that works! The house is right in the middle of town, but just one street below so its a 3 minute walk to the main piazza. It is also on a quiet street. The opposite side has beautiful views over the valley. Self Check-in and check out made things very simple. I loved the house!

You have to come to Montepulciano.. one of the most heavenly places in Italy .. and on Earth .. and enjoy the hospitality provided by Claudia!!! She went above and beyond to ensure my weekend in this amazing medieval/renaissance township was safe and perfect! Claudia’s apartment is in the beautiful old town close to everything and has stunning sunset views .... OMG !!! It is fitted out with absolutely everything you need including all the small touches like sewing kit and first aid.. plus all the things for self catering and enjoying the best food and wines of the region. Please please enjoy this apartment .. it was only me staying here so it was peaceful calming and soooo very relaxing ... but you can easily sleep five .. with the unexpected downstairs extension .. so next time I will be bringing the husband and another time all my girlfriends are also keen!! PS I also did the urban bikery winery tour and that was fabulous too !! Highly recommended!! But then again just wandering the whole village of Montepulciano anytime of the day or night is special ... Claudia I cannot thank you and Sergio (husband) enough for your wonderful generosity.. if I could give ten stars I would!!

Claudia's place is very well kept and the location is perfect. On my day of arrival I met Claudia in the evening time and she provided me with restaurant recommendations which was very useful. I would recommend Claudia's place for your stay in Montepulciano.

Claudia’s place was picture perfect. We were disappointed that we could only stay for one night. Make a point of staying as long as you can. The view from the window was breath taking and Claudia made the stay wonderful from her great hospitality to her personalized map of montepulciano.
