A number of items need attention, shower over the bath had hardly any pressure and shower head kept sliding down the rail also no grab rails to get out of the bath and room was very small . would be better having a shower cubicle instead. Lounge/kitchen/diner was a good size. Damp patch in the corner of the bedroom roof.. As i am 6ft 3in i kept hitting my head on the bedroom roof light, why is it hanging so low ? It would be an easy fix ? Would have been nice to have an outside bench to sit on. Don't get me wrong i was happy to have privacy, be left alone and the location was ideal for us to explore the national park and the accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. A list of local supermarkets and takeaway locations would have been helpful in the property. Found everything i needed in Porthmadog 3 miles away .

My stay at Mountain View was fantastic. The accommodation was very comfortable and well situated for everything that the area has to offer, in my case mainly walking. Jeston is the perfect host with friendly interactions. Thank you very much, I hope to return soon. 😀

Beautiful area, very quiet, comfy beds, spacious, very dog friendly, great base for walking around Snowdon. Jeston was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The Mountain Cottage is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful nature, quiet. Jeston is a great host, friendly, helpful, responsive. Loved everything.

Overall Mountain View cottage was a good place to stay for the tourist plans I had organised. The cottage is well furnished, the lounge, dining room and bedroom very comfortable. I was a solo travel and felt safe and enjoyed a coffee outside in the sun surrounded by a garden, small orchard, mountains in the distance and a friendly horse. Parking was good and enough room for two cars if necessary. I enjoyed my stay, thanks Jeston.
