Very spacious however kitchen and bathroom need a good scrub and repair. In the kitchen, the Chux and sponge were used, and stained. No tea-towel or hand towel, just a small square microfibre cloth. No top sheet on bed, just doona. Easy check-in and out. Overall it’s ok for the money but it should be kept spotlessly clean and maintained.

We had a 3 nights stay at Iris place, even though Iris did communicate well, and we were aware they live up the room, we were not expected that noise, starting from 6 am we were awake and could literally hear everything they were doing, the kid running and screaming, the dog barking, the vacuum… the location it’s also not the best if you willing to go often to the center, 15 min walking to the station + 40 min of train. The pictures are occurring but they should take better care of the kitchen and bathroom (not so clean). I wouldn’t recommend the place if you want to stay more than 1 night.

Good easy place to say for a few nights, simple and clean

Liked the place as it had everything we needed. they had a lovely dog as well, sitting in the backyard. both Iris and her husband were extremely helpful, and we had a great time.
