The newly built stylish condo unit of One Spatial Iloilo is set in the heart of Iloilo City. One ride away from Iloilo Convention Center (ICON), Iloilo business park, Ayala Atria, and central business district. Fully Furnished One bedroom Condo + Kitchen 1. The bedroom with a double-sized bed and facing the window overlooking an outdoor garden and open space parking, so you'll have morning light to wake you gently. It has its own private bathroom, shower heater, and a closet. 2. The kitchen with a refrigerator and a two-burner electric stove with range hood. Fully equipped, comes with: - rice cooker - water pot heater - cutting boards & sharp knives - pots/pans/cooking utensils - tableware set 3. The Outdoor area comes with a footpath with a garden bench set and an outdoor fitness so you can enjoy the morning exercise or at any time of day. You can access also the clubhouse to use the main pool. 4. Near Iloilo Esplanade or a 5-minute walk from the guard-house, Iloilo Esplanade is revived and restored to its natural beauty by the city government. You can do activities such as jogging or sunset walk.

Very nice location where most of the vital establishments were nearby.
The place was indeed nice and clean. It had value for money and the host was very accommodating. It is also located in a peaceful area, you can easily get around nearby stores/establishments or walk at the esplanade. We had a great stay and the actual place looked exactly like in the pics that were posted. We felt right at home upon staying here. Thanks a lot Sir Joemari and Sir Jerome. This place is highly recommended! 😊

The condo unit /or building is close to the main road and thoroughfares, giving you an easy time to move around and get to your destination without any hassles and within minutes. You can ride a public utility jeepney (puj) or taxi cab or grab-taxi from the guardhouse or main gate. Our condo unit has No Parking Space available. But you can park outside the main gate or street parking for a free.
