Steve and Jenna were so helpful—checked in on us and responded so quickly to every question we had. Condo was clean and perfect for our stay. Provided a pack and play and a high chair. The beach was a longer walk than we anticipated, but the shuttle was super convenient. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and convenient.

Jenna and Steve are great hosts. They sent regular and clear communication before we left. We were able to find the place relatively easily despite our arrival being late at night. We had a great time overall despite the weather. The indoor pool is awesome and totally made up for the cold outside. The house was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms were adequate for our family of 4. We would definitely return to this location or any others hosted by Jenna and Steve.

We had never stayed at HHI before this trip but we enjoyed it! This building having the indoor pool and hot tub right out side the door was really nice with kids especially in cooler weather or rain. We enjoyed watching for the alligator near the boardwalk and having the tennis courts really close for pickleball. Harbor Island was neat to go see and not to far and also celebration park (sadly it was closed for manintance) but two nice places to go visit. Steve and Jenna were helpful and even added chairs to their beach stash to help us. Having the shuttle option to the beach with a baby or for elderly is nice also! This is a nice spot to enjoy a peaceful beach trip!

Great hosts! They were very kind, super responsive and quick to resolve a small issue with the bathtub drain. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed for the week. Loved the beach location and being a short drive / bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants. My only complaint with the stay has nothing to do with the hosts or the condo itself, and I'm only mentioning it for anyone else having a working vacation. The condo's door opens up to the indoor pools, so the echo carries into the condo quite loudly. I thought I had an understanding of this from other reviews, but it was much louder than I anticipated. Even if there were just a few people the echos made it sound like a lot more, and most nights the quiet hours were not enforced. Definitely would recommend a sound machine for anyone working during their stay or sleeping in the smaller room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
