Fantastic location. Great apartment. Huge numbers of people to provide helpful texts, emails and calls. But unfortunately a cooling problem was not fixed in spite of it being over 32C/90F in the apartment during the evening and most of the night for three nights. If all goes well - you will love this place!

My partner and I moved here from another location in central London and loved it. Communication was an issue though and I had to call central and wait on hold to get early check in permission and parking info and average response from comms team via app was 2+ days. But if you called, they were pleasant. By the second night, we had an issue with the showers not getting hot and the apt getting cold. After calling, we got the most pleasant maintenance guy who not only reset the system but explained what caused it and how to fix it. He was really great and the issue was resolved. I loved our space so much and would definitely stay again. Check in was a breeze and the location is great minus not having a ton of shops/restaurants in immediate vicinity, but still pretty close.
