Had such a beautiful stay in this tranquil location. Penelope's place is full of character, and had everything we could need and more! I would recommend this getaway to anyone for a little bit of you time, to make art, or just relax and go for walks on the Wye downs. Thank you Penelope, 10/10
A lovely little room. Exactly as in the pictures. Quiet and restful. Penelope is very responsive to messages and friendly if you bump into her.
A fab place to stay for a weekend away. Right on the North Downs Way, for some beautiful routes and we took the train to Canterbury on another day. Perfect location.

Hello! I'm Penelope. I'm an artist and a great lover of tea, dogs, and sharing my wonderful village with new friends and guests. I live in the "garden of England" and have spent my years enamoured with the area - from walks through the Downs to visits to our local pub to short trips on the train to wander through Canterbury (don't miss the Cathedral!). I love everything about the area and am so proud to show it to those who stay with me. Come have a cup of tea and I'll help you plan a magnificent trip.
