First Off... Our family and us were Very pleased for the most part. The home is Huge. There are large seating areas on the main level inside and out, as well as the basement inside, or outside by the pool. We had a group of 10 adults and never had an issue sitting together as a group. The large charcoal grill off the main level was amazing for cooking. The pool was very refreshing in the mid day, but lost some of its appeal in the late October evenings...lol. Wish it could have been heated. The home is quite well stocked and other than a few toiletries... we didn't want for anything. That being said, the home does need a little TLC.. The Ovens still aren't working. "Michelle" reviewed in Sept 2022. The clothes dryer had to be wedged shut with pillows to keep it working, and the patio door by the kitchen doesn't lock leaving the home open all the time. All in all, we would do it again in a heart beat. Alex was responsive, and the experience was amazing. Thx, Allen E.

Alex was a prefect host. Very flexible and responsive. The villa was amazing. Could easily host 4 families. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach and multiple family meals together. Wonderful restaurants and taverns near by. The people were amazing and the views Spectacular. Would highly recommend.

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Clean and pretty well maintained. The views are gorgeous especially from the balconies. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 bathrooms with tubs) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (with bathrooms/showers). Water was hot with good pressure all around the house. There were plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups etc for us all (6 adults 2 kids). The pool was great - sunlit in the morning and lightly shaded in the afternoons (in late September). There are mosquitoes around the house so come prepared if they bother you. There is a short walk to the beach which is a bit rocky but we brought water shoes and had lots of fun. Driveway fits 2 cars comfortably. Shops, restaurants, kid playgrounds and sand beaches are <10mins away. We loved it!

Alex is an amazing host, the villa is great. Had few issues with hot water and electricity Alex did his best to help and fix the problem. Highly recommended, had the best vacation ever.
