We are a brand new residence in the Art Nouveau district of Nancy. Ideally located in the heart of the campus d’ARTEM of Nancy (ICN Business School, Ecole des Mines, Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Institut Jean Lamour), in this aparthotel you will appreciate the close proximity with the many shops and amenities of the area : you are only a few minutes from Nancy city centre and at 5 minutes from the tramway! The Park Sainte-Marie is a 10 minutes’ walk away and will welcome you in a very pleasant environment, with its green spaces, Alsatian house and Brasserie where you will be able to relax under the shades of the trees. The Olympic size swimming pool and the round pool of the hydropathic establishment are also very close. You may wish to visit the fantastic Nancy School Museum – Musée de l’Ecole de Nancy and the Félix Faure street, iconic of the Art Nouveau.
