This location is on the Cap du Nice - right on the edge of a cliff looking over the Mediterranean. An incredible view of Nice and the sea as well as any activity on the sea. Sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. To get to Old Town it is a short Uber ride or you may use the bus that picks up across the street. The Nice -Requier train station is a 6 minute Uber ride away. As for the apartment, it has all the amenities you will need. Although some people may find the kitchen and bathroom small, coming from New York City we enjoyed any quirks that may be present in those two rooms. The building is very secure and in a quiet neighborhood. You'll enjoy the view from this apartment and will find yourself considering staying on the balcony each evening to stare at the Mediterranean. Our host, Francoise, is very nice and helpful. I wold highly recommend staying at this location.

this was an amazing stay, with francoise being interactive, helpful, accommodating. The Views are Breathtaking and 100% worth it. Gorgeous location and balcony. A++++

Wunderbare Lage mit Busanschluss vor der Türe. Küche sehr klein und Backofen kaputt aber Mikrowelle als Ersatz. Für unsern Geschmack über dekoriert. Zu viel Vasen Lampen. ist aber Sache der Eigentümer die Solches sammeln. Mit Kindern deshalb nicht geeignet. Gute betten, sehr neu. Es war Sturm und deshalb etwas Durchzug. Aber wir waren ja sehr viel unterwegs und unter der Bettdecke stört das nicht. Der sentier littoral ist traumhaft und der Hafen in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Was will man mehr? Had an amazing stay. The view is breathtaking and it is located in a beautiful quiet area of Nice, away from the very touristy busy area. There is everything you need to enjoy yourself. Loved it.

Die Lage des Appartments ist traumhaft schön direkt über dem Meer. Man kann immerzu Boote und Wassersportler aller Art sehen und abends den Sonnenuntergang über Nizza genießen. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar, das Zentrum mit dem alle 20 min fahrenden Bus Nr.98. In der hübschen Wohnung gibt es alles, was man benötigt, das Bett ist bequem. Françoise war gut erreichbar.
