Beautiful Villa, wonderful host Mr Vijay, scrumptious food prepared at villa. Lavasa is basically an abandoned town, nothing to see there or eat out. The villa is basically where you need to spend your entire time.

The property is excellent. nice rooms with good view. Excellent home cooked food. The property owner was polite and helpful

Unhygienic. Not maintained well. After the experience I realised that it is not worth staying here. Below are the cons: - extremely unhygienic. Cockroaches everywhere. If you happen to go in to the kitchen, you will have to bear seeing that the cockroaches are roaming around in your food, in the fridge, everywhere. - no other options to eat nearby, so eat from that unhygienic kitchen. - they will prepare food for you in the kitchen, which is extremely expensive. We spent 10k in one day just for food for 6 people. Food is good in taste, but still not worth it; especially with the unhygienic kitchen. - we asked in advance if the property is safe as we were travelling with a small baby, and they assured us of that. But later a huge snake was spotted in the property. - the rooms are clean, but not maintained well. Some furniture is eaten by termites, and the lights don’t work. Below are the Pros: - nice location and view. The property is overlooking the river at a hill. - the host is polite, and treat you well. I would not recommend spending this much to go there, there are other better, clean and well maintained properties.
