Cute 1 room cabin for a couple within an hours drive of the East entrance (St. Mary's Entrance) to Glacier and Going to the Sun. Unfortunately, the home didn't have all of the amenities listed like fans, portable a/c, dedicated workspace, shampoo, and conditioner. Luckily, the home did have 1 box fan and that's all we needed for our time at the cabin. Bed was firm. We loved sitting on the porch/deck and listening to and watching the trains pass in the evening after getting home from the park. There wasn't much in the way of what to expect in house rules posted prior to or after booking the home but there were house rules posted throughout the home. No rules related to checkout. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was great! The proximity to the park hard to beat and all the staff were very nice and helpful. The lodge is a beautiful space and the restaurant served delicious food. The cabin had everything we needed, including cable tv and as a bonus we could get the wifi signal from the lodge. Overall a great stay for us!

Ted is extremely knowledgeable of the area and so helpful with tips/suggestions for the best hikes and views in and around the park. He was always somewhere on-site and checking in with us, by name. The restaurant on the grounds is the BEST dining you will find for many miles …delicious! We would definitely return to Summit Mountain!

Overall, our stay here was average. The location is good to the east side of the park. The bed in our cabin was extremely comfortable and the space was overall clean, though the sponge that was left to clean dishes was very used and dirty with dried food on it from a previous visitor. We stayed cool at night with the windows open; however, there is no fan except for the one attached to a small space heater, which is a bit frustrating for a place without AC. As other reviewers have mentioned, the listing isn't completely accurate. First of all, the picture of the bathroom is for sure not the bathroom in this cabin. The cabins are not secluded from one another, they are actually quite close together. The Wifi is in the restaurant, which isn't really a lodge, so we typically just hovered around the main entrance from time to time to connect. It appears another building on the property is the lodge but it appears under construction or empty, though I'm not totally sure on that. There is absolutely no cell service so making calls anywhere is impossible. A continental breakfast is mentioned but that is not accurate - a note was left in our cabin that told us to call them (which is impossible) if we needed breakfast and they would try to accommodate us. The pictures of the property are also a bit misleading.

This property is not exactly as pictured. The bathroom has a corner shower to the left of the toilet. The write up from Airbnb stated there were 2 beds in the loft and only slept 2 adults so I assumed those beds were small sign beds. Actually there was no loft. Also stated there is Wifi in the lodge. The lodge is a restaurant and we were escorted upstairs to an open space that had three single chairs in a large room. We were told that Airbnb had put the wrong description with the cabin and if we chose to checkout early we would be refunded our money for two nights. We went to the lodge to check out at 8:30 am after the first night and it was locked. So no one to talk to. Cell service was not available so I could not call or text until after 9am and have still not received any response (2days later) . The staff were very pleasant and respectful. Be sure that you confirm what you’re getting.
