This place is not a home stay with the family like the description suggests. You will be sharing one bathroom with 2-3 other guests. There were a few issues on the day I checked in but the host sorted them out. The place was clean and the communication with the host was great. The room felt noisy specially at night since it was on the main road.

Jeremy's place is cheap and cheerful. It's not one for a romantic get away but is fine for a short stay. It is in a good location - 5 min walk for the centre of St Austell and a 40 min walk to Charlestown. Its is great location for The Eden Project (10 min drive). Covid guidelines were followed. The room, bathroom and communal areas were very clean. The bedroom room is a good size. We personally had no issues with the traffic noise.

Comfortable room close to the town centre. McDonald's and KFC 2 mins walk away. A bit noisy from the street so make sure to have earplugs if it bothers you. Very clean property and a very responsive host. :)
