Very spacious apartment on the NE edge of Sabaneta's center. Everything works well in the apartment (washer/dryer, A/c, wifi). Very comfortable restroom and shower. Plenty of closet and drawer space for a longer stay. I worked remote and the desk in the living room area is large enough for multiple screens. Easy walking distance to the nice grocery store near the Plaza along with all the other shopping. restaurants, bars, and metro station on offer in Sabaneta. I also easily walked to the Mayorca Mega Plaza north of Sabaneta. I used the gym there, as Smart Fit requires a Colombian ID for short term visits. All in all, a nice place to stay if you are basing out of this part of Medellin. Lastly, Matteo had impeccable communication and extremely timely at all hours of the day and night. I was very impressed.

Stayed here for a month after living in Poblado for about 5 months. A nice change to something more local. People are great, plenty of restaurants, and the town square nearby is always active. The metro is super close, so getting over to Poblado or Envigado is an easy affair. Highly recommend!

Matteo’s place is amazing because it allowed me to feel right at home and take care all of my needs. Matteo and his team were very flexible and responsive to any of my questions or concerns. The apartment is very well situated, it was very convenient to get to places quickly and walkable. The area for me was great and I enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. I enjoy the stay and I would come back if available.
