Lovely, huge apartment with everything you might need. You can tell it’s a real home and not just a holiday rental flat. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything worked well with Victoria 🙂

We spent 10 days in Athens, apartment was perfect, nice residential area, near beach and tram stops. Plenty of space for a family of 5, 3 young adults all wanting their own rooms! This was perfect as it has 4 king size beds. Victoria was great, our flight in was very late and we arrived at 1am, but she stayed to welcome us, gave lots of info about the apartment and had even ordered in pizza for us as everywhere shut when we arrived! The wraparound balcony was nice + we sat out there daily for coffee/breakfast. There are several very good restaurants within a 15 min walk, Flisvos harbour 20 min walk has bars + cafes and lots of super yachts to look at. The beach is just a few blocks walk, 5-10 mins, and the tram to get into central Athens about the same, tram takes about 30 mins into the centre. Several small supermarkets within 5 mins walk plus bakery + pharmacy. If you want super chic luxury this might not be for you, but if space and good location are your priority then it’s perfect.

Victoria's apartment was absolutely beautiful! While there were three bedrooms, all with full-size beds, there were additional beds in the kitchen and living room that made the space more than large enough to accommodate my group of nine. The wrap-around balcony is also an absolute gem: so much sunlight and fresh air! In terms of location, Paleo Faliro is such a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, and the beach is also about 5 minutes walking! It served as a peaceful getaway from the city each night we came back to our Airbnb. Overall, the peace/safety the neighborhood offers was worth the longer commute to the city's main attractions. Victoria is probably one of the most helpful and hospitable hosts out there! She gave us so much guidance and many recommendations for navigating Athens and planning our trip; her kindness and friendliness were something that absolutely helped our trip go as smoothly as it did. She is such a gem and a kind soul!
