I stayed for 1 month. I found the place to be well maintained and the hosts are friendly and proactive. The space was clean and quiet. The room had a bit of extra space. I found the shared areas (kitchen, hallway) to be too dimly lit especially at night, as the lights were not bright. Would recommend to others, especially students or employees of the nearby hospital.

I had a great stay! The host family was very considerate and the home was just as described. There is a separate kitchen and living room that is mainly for the Airbnb guests, so I had a lot of privacy. I felt very much at home here and would definitely return!

Strongly recommend!!!!! I love this place!!!!!! I lived here for 60 days. Everything is well organized and is clean. The cleaning lady comes once a week. Susan is so nice and friendly. She helps me a lot! I transported my car here and she helped me pick it up. I have to leave before my mail comes. She helps to mail it to me. I will definitely choose this place when I come again!

I stayed here for 5 months during my pharmacy rotations at the hospital, and it was perfect for what I needed. The house is a split-level, and the upper floors are entirely for the two tenants so there is great privacy. The tenants share a very spacious kitchen and each have their own private bathrooms. The house is also cleaned every 2 weeks. Susan (Farbod's mother) and her family live on the lower floors, and they were all wonderfully nice people. Parking is not an issue. The walk to the hospital is very short (~10mins max); there are a few instances where you have to cross the street but it's fairly easy to time with the traffic lights. The location was also fairly convenient overall with regards to food shopping, etc. My only issue the entire time was that I'm very sensitive to noise while I'm sleeping (the house is near a major road and not far from the hospital's emergency department, so there will occasionally be ambulance sirens or a loud vehicle), but this was easily fixed with a pair of earplugs. Overall I had a great stay here! Very highly recommend it for anyone needing to work at the hospital for a period of time.
