The apartment was amazing. I messaged host 8 hours before 3pm check in and had no response. I wanted to have the instructions ready for 3pm or at least a response to say the instructions are to follow but nothing. In fact the messages were seen and ignored. 1 hour before check in, I hadn’t heard anything. I was in a city I didn’t know, and frantically started searching alternative accommodation; thinking I’d been scammed as my messages were ignored and there was no response for two days. I had to call Air bnb to contact them as none of their contacts work. Anyway a simple message upon booking to say ‘thank you for your booking, we will send you further instructions at 3pm on the day of your check in’. Instead of ignoring and not giving clear instructions would have been perfect. Once this was sorted the whole experience was amazing. The facilities, the staff, location and cleanliness was 100% as expected. Shame about the starting experience.

Très bel hôtel moderne et propre, le lobby est cosy, les pièces sont bien décorées. Mais, le prix était trop élevé pour moi.

We were not disappointed, it was a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to transportation, comfortable rooms, great staff. We were delighted with our choice and would stay there again without reservation.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Great coffee in the lobby. The space, which is a hotel and not a typical Airbnb, is right on the tram line, but not within easy walking distance to the center of town. The nearby Olympic stadium is quite interesting, though.
