This cabin met our needs. The location is awesome, being close to downtown. Charles was a great host, friendly and easy to get ahold of. The only thing that could be a little better is the cleanliness, like the dirt and dust. The living spaces are clean though, like the beds, bathroom, kitchen. It's more so in the spaces you wouldn't use, like corners and along walls. Overall this cabin was a good place for our family.

Host was out of town and unavailable until the fourth day. Because of filth, mold, roaches, and poison sprinkled in bathroom and kitchen I left after two nights. I had informed Airbnb and messaged the host that I was a disabled senior traveling with my service dog and that I could not do stairs. The bedroom was down a stair that is not standard height even. My service dog was poisoned because of the bug poisoning sprinkled in kitchen and bathroom. I have had to pay a $700 vet bill and my dog and I suffered for over a week. Upon checking into this unhealthy Airbnb I found out by the state of Alabama that it isn't even a legal Airbnb according to them. I feel that Alabama should close down this Airbnb and fine this host as well as Airbnb and hold them accountable for all expenses incurred and harm done to us unsuspecting customers. I am still waiting on a response from Airbnb after 10 days on this and a refund of my money. It appears Airbnb does not care about their customers.

He was always responsive to questions and concerns I had. He was very responsive to recommendations of local place's to go to. Very responsive to corrective action. Very nice place to stay!
