The house was as described; ample room for my family. We have stayed in many Airbnb homes around the world and found this one lacked a dresser in the bedrooms, the bed sheets were not at all comfortable, and we felt the neighborhood was not safe for the females in our group to be walking. The neighborhood is clearly changing but this is not the typical neighborhood we would seek out. Hosts did communicate well and very timely.

We stayed here, during unfortunate circumstances with a loved one hospitalized nearby. The hosts were quite lovely and accommodating to our needs. Their home is beautiful. The location is ideal for a one block walk to Anshutz Medical Campus. An added bonus was toddler toys and other toddler supplies (plates, silverware, etc).

We really enjoyed this beautiful house. We didn’t had any problems at all. The house was very clean when we got there. We felt like we were home. The neighborhood is very peaceful.

Nice place for a crowd. We had a conference on the Anschutz campus and were able to house a few attendees from our program. This house was as close as you can get, plus a Starbucks right around the corner...

What a great space for a large group. I own a Martial Arts School and brought my staff here to train with one of our affiliate schools. Each of my staff was able to have their own room. We invited staff from the other school we were training with over to eat and debrief on our training for the day and still had plenty of space. It’s a great location for food and shopping if you prefer to go out. This is a regular trip for us 2-3 times a year and we will book again if available.
