Airbnb honestly needs to do a better job at vetting hosts. I checked into this place and noticed a strong, pungent smell. After some investigation, I realized there was a lot of mold on the walls and ceiling. The biggest, most noticeable one, and the one that stunk up the place the most, was being concealed by the nightstand. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the host had enough integrity to give me a full refund.

The host has very prompt response times, which was super helpful navigating my stay here. The spot is within walking difference of a couple different stations. Perfect for a short or long term stay!

Aminul is an incredible host! Was extremely helpful and kept the place very clean. EXTREMELY nice place compared to other places in this price range. While others may say this area of the city was once dangerous, I felt safe at all times and enjoyed the area. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend you do as well. Felt right at home!

The location was very convenient and near supermarkets, take-outs, laundromats, subway lines and bus stops. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bed, big desk and ample closet, and the noise levels were about what you would expect for New York. The apartment and bathrooms were regularly cleaned. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a bit low in utensil, so I'd suggest having your own forks/spoon/mug. Aminul was a great host, and allowed me to arrive a few hours before my check-in time and afterwards stay a few hours after my check-out time. Very recommended for long-term stays!

best host ever! the host was really accommodating and made sure I felt right at home. I stayed in this airbnb for a month and I was comfortable from the first to the last day. I also lost my keys and he came right away to open the doors and made sure I was safe in the airbnb. I will definitely book again when I am back in New York!
