Board games, books and DVDs are also provided.   Access to a shared jetty in front of the house and a private buoy that you can moor your boat to. There is also a public ramp 700 meters down the road with access to picnic and BBQ reserve with an enclosed swimming area.   The home is situated on the southern shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie which is Australia's largest inland saltwater lake. Situated at the northern end of the NSW Central Coast and is a comfortable 70-minute drive from Sydney. The home is on a quiet street offering two off street car parks along with ample street parking.     Lake Macquarie is perfect for all water activities including sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, swimming and fishing and the lake is large enough that it never becomes overcrowded with boats. It is the perfect location to relax with the family or to escape on a romantic getaway.   Beautiful Beaches and National parks are only a short drive away. Local tourist brochures and maps are provided for you to browse.   Situated on the tranquil water’s edge this home has four upstairs bedrooms which sleeps 8 adults and up to 9 including children. The third bedroom has a triple bunk (single bed above a double bed), the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, most bedrooms have a view of the water. The main bathroom is central to bedrooms and includes a shower and bath.   Doonas are provided, linen and bath towels are available on request for an additional cost.   Full sized laundry downstairs with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and with separate toilet.
