Our stay here was one we will cherish. The condo was just as described and we will definitely be coming back again. Philip was very responsive to any questions I had and I could not have asked for a better host. The public areas were well taken care of. The location of the condo to things to do in the area is perfect. We will be coming back again!

It's a beautiful space right on the beach. We watched dolphins and manatees. It sleeps up to 8 so we had plenty of room for the two of us. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, lids, plates, cups, utensils and some knives if you wish to cook while you're there. There are two grills but we didn't use them due to the spiral staircase being tight. It had plenty of towels and extra blankets, beach towels, and toys/chairs in the master closet. The sheets were soft and the mattress a bit firm. We enjoyed the condo very much during our week! We learned most other units are also rentals, but getting to know our neighbors did make using the spiral staircase more secure. You knew whether or not folks were staying in your building. On our last night, we realized the stay can be affected by whether or not you have curteous neighbors renting other units. Rowdy guests on our last morning woke us up being noisy in the hot tub during quiet/closed hours. We had no other issues with noise.

An amazing location on Indian Shores. Our family of 8 was thrilled with the easy ability to park 2 cars on the premise without hassles or additional expense. All rooms were.spacious and all essential cooking supplies were present. Everyone had such a marvelous time we are excited to return tk location in the future. Thank you Phillip for having everything our family could need

I would give the location a grade of an A, the place itself a B- or C+, and the host a C due to the interaction we had prior to the visit that concerned us. Location: The condo is right on the beach. The Place: The place needs an update but the whole building is probably somewhat similar. There are approx. 25 units so it certainly doesn't feel like your home or private which is fine if you're looking to be more social and interact with the other guests. There were things like no exhaust fans in the bathroom which was odd, lots of signs of the place being well used and worn in. On the subject of exhaust fans, a quick search online indicates that it appears to be a requirement for the state of Florida for residential or rental property. Perhaps they don't want to penetrate the ceilings to try and vent the exhaust outside the room or unit because there was wire track/cord cover for all of the lights and ceiling fans meaning the electrical was run outside the primary walls/ceiling.
