Het huis voldeed aan de verwachtingen en de communicatie met Zapinvest was eenvoudig. Een aandachtspunt is de gebrekkige keukenbenodigheden om zelf iets te kunnen maken. Het zwembad zelf werd gedurende de week 2 maal netjes schoon gemaakt. De afwerking van het zwembad is wat minder zoals openstaande kieren en spleten rondom het zwembad. Dit is niet handig met kleine kinderen.

During our recent vacation we rented this villa, and I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. The couch in the living room seemed like a forgotten relic from days long gone. As if that wasn't enough, the kitchenware appeared full of defects and broken pieces. What surprised me the most were the hazardous gaps near the edge of the pool. And if that wasn't sufficient, the palm tree next to the pool seemed to take delight in constantly shedding dirt and debris into the water. Whenever I wanted to swim, it felt like wading through a swamp of leaves and branches. Then the kitchen - Unfortunately, the pans in the villa appeared to have been left behind after an exhausting battlefield feast. They were so encrusted and greasy that i had to soak and scrub them. There were also spiderwebs scattered throughout the villa. Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday early due to inflammations that my family has suffered due to dirty swimmingwater.

The villa was in a very good location in Vista Bella Golf, central to the shop, bars and restaurants. The villa is approximately 40 mins from Alicante airport and around 30 mins by car to lovely beaches. The villa is well equipped, with small areas of minor wear and tear and could do with a fresh coat of paint. I did expect better due to the cost and comparing to other villas we had rented previously in the same area. This villa had good size outside space and a large pool which was amazing. We had difficulty with collecting the keys, which delayed our check in by almost 2 hours. Robyn from Zapinvest communicated very well and resolved the issue. The one issue we would mention is the very active building site across the road Monday-Friday which at times was very noisy.
