There is construction being done on the premise that was a little loud at times. But overall, the stay was good. The house is close to the highway.

This house is located 15-20 minutes away from pretty much everything I wanted to do. It has plenty of space for a larger family and over all the house is nice. I do think the location of this house is in a very sketchy looking neighborhood. What the house looks like based on the photos provided definitely doesn't match the location. Based on that , this would definitely not be a home I would rent again. I do think that the house is a bit over priced and that's just based on its sketchy location. It was quite but definitely feels like your in a bad neighborhood, and my family I was visiting confirmed that it wasn't a great neighborhood. I also seen lots of roaches outside of the house which kept me from wanting to be outside, I didn't see any inside the home but I would like to see none at all. I am one that really chooses everything I buy and vacation in based off of reviews. I like to be honest, this wasn't the house for me but if neighborhoods don't matter to you this may be the home for you!

The communication and customer service was top notch. Even bought more chairs for the patio so we could have a couple of guests over and enjoy the facilities. Would absolutely stay at the same place next time the whole family goes to LA.
