Last minute reservation left us with few choices, 2 level room with separate bathroom not a good time for elderly knees, but the host was lovely, the room was warm and clean.

This is a great place if you're looking to stay in Berkeley Springs for the weekend. The host provides you all the information you need for the area, and for the accommodations have such a personal/home-like touch to them. Curtis even cooked our breakfast for us according to our preference! It was a unique little place and we enjoyed it. Any individual who is anti-Christian/religious might not feel comfortable here, as there are religious images and figurines everywhere. If you are Christian, you will feel as if your walk down the hall is a trip to a museum or church, which there even happens to be a chapel in the building!

Normally, I would have nothing but great things to say about Maria’s and Curtis. Great place, wonderful host and terrific location. Unfortunately, it appears that Maria’s is unable or unwilling to follow even the minimum COVID19 mitigation protocols expected by Airbnb. Had this been disclosed in the posting, we could have made an informed decision as to ehrther to visit.
