Chris was an amazing host! The location and accommodations were exactly as described and he was super helpful and nice. He gave detailed and clear instructions on how to access in and out of the home and provided parking signage and gate access key. We had a few great conversations and ge made me feel very welcomed at ease and secure since I was on business and traveling alone. I will definitely be staying here again. Price was very reasonable, location was close to everything and accessible and property is well maintained and very clean. Will always be a go-to lication for me when I'm in Atlanta.

This was a really good Airbnb for the price. Located in quiet gated residential area, but not too far from downtown/midtown. Very clean townhouse, room, and bathroom. Chris is an awesome host!
