Here are some facts: Positive: -Clean inside. -River view. -Host answered to messages promptly. Negative: -Water smelled like rotten eggs making it impossible to take a shower. The smell, when leaving the water running for a while (like this host suggests), permeated the whole trailer and was making my 6 year old sick. -No toiletries as described in the add. -All outside chairs broken. -Almost all living room lights didn’t work. -Trailer, not house. -Neighborhood is sketchy. -Camera was not disclosed. -Overpriced for the amenities and the state of the place (check the price advertised vs. the final price for the dates you’d like to stay, and the extra fees). -Most importantly, the host didn’t honor her word to give us a refund after we agreed that I would leave a day early because my family couldn’t spend one more night in those conditions and was conditioning the refund to me leaving a positive review. My bad! I forgot to inform her about my dog, however, the add says they do allow dogs. Mine is very well behaved and didn’t cause any damage. I wouldn’t have done that consciously, I accept my mistake, but for a $180 cleaning fee for such a small space the pet fee should be included.

Totally awesome secluded place . An easy walk down a trail for a dip in the river . Plenty of towels and amenities . Sat on back porch had coffee and watch the river flow and deer eat. Outstanding
