Excelente la experiencia. Estuvimos un mes con dos gatitos y fue todo super bien. El piso esta muy bueno y es tal cual las fotos. Las dos terrazas va muy bien si estas con mascotas. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable no solo para ayudarnos a instalarnos sino también para ayudarnos con otros temas mas personales. Me pareció muy cómodo que estuviera cerca de la estación de tren mas importante de Barcelona para moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda recomiendo este piso.

When we first saw this loft at airbnb, there was only one comment from a guy who said it was the best Airbnb of his life. Me and my wife got a little suspicious about it. But we gave it a shot. And all I can tell it was indeed, for us, the best airbnb of our lives. The loft exceeds expectations. We stayed in Barcelona for around 35 days. The loft is located in a residencial area with all neccessary services nearby. In the Calle Vallespir you can find bakeries, wineries, supermarkets, restaurants, farmacies and pretty much everything you need to live like an autentic catalan. The loft is really (and I mean REALLY) close to the best station in Barcelona, which is the Sants Estación. From this station me and me wife took trains to different cities in Spain and we also rented cars to visit beautiful places like the Montserrat Mountain and La Costa Brava. The location is also very central yet not so close to the super touristic center with tons of people. The place was very calm and still like 10 minutes walk from Plaza España. The loft itself is incredible. It is new, with great decoration. We invited some friends for a dinner a couple times and they all got impressed of how cool and spacious the apartment was. And the loft has 2 (TWO!) terraces. It is great for having lunch outside, breakfast or even just meditating. The bed is very confortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Me and my wife couldn't spend much so we chose to make food at home at is was great. There's an oven, a cooktop and a microwave. And what can I say about the bathroom? Like everything else in the loft, the bathroom is brand new and high quality. The shower is great (lots of water). It made a difference for us. The air conditioner also works great. Well, in resume, this loft was a total success for us. It definetely made our stay in Barcelona way more special. It felt like our own home. And what can I say about Josep? I will not list all the thing he did to us because there were so many, but I can say he is probably the most caring and professional host I've met at airbnb. He tried to make all he could to make our experience the best possible. He was ready to help us whenever we needed. Well, I hope I managed to convince whoever is reading this post to book this loft. Because I truly believe you won't find a better place in Barcelona. And our stay in this loft was so special that we would like other people to have this same experience we had! The apartment is incredible, very well located and new. Believe me, you'll love it!

Definitivamente el mejor Airbnb en el que me he hospedado, expectativas superadas 100%. José María nos recibió y dio la bienvenida al llegar y estuvo en contacto conmigo en todo momento, atento a cualquier problema y dando una solución inmediata. El estudio es completamente nuevo, está en perfectas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para estar el tiempo que sea necesario, además de tener 2 amplias terrazas sin ningún tipo de ruido molesto. Se hace limpieza del estudio completo y ambas terrazas 1 vez por semana! Estuve alrededor de 40 días y realmente fue un agrado, nunca tuvimos problema alguno. 1000% recomendado.
