The condo is the bottom floor of a duplex and my wife and I live in the upstairs unit. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 houses from the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The property is located on the South end of the island so it’s just a short uber ride to Avalon and Stone Harbor, or short Jitney ride to the Sea Isle center of town. There are also a couple restaurants including the Beachwoods (popular for weddings) and an ice cream parlor a few blocks away as well.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location for our weekend trip to sea isle for a wedding. The apartment worked well for 5 people and had a good size open kitchen and dining space for us all to gather. Would stay again.

Enjoyed are stay. His unit was spacious and clean. Close to beach and bay. Bicycle ride to most restaurants.

Bryan is a great host, very responsive to messages and gave us our privacy. House is outdated but was clean and just what we needed & in a great location. Very close drive to downtown SIC and downtown Avalon. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a microwave.

There are a few good restaurants within walking distance (Sole, Hanks, Beachwoods) and a smaller grocery store (open June - September) called Blitz’s for any essentials or cook to order sandwiches. There’s also a great ice cream parlor called Scoops within a couple block walk as well.
We’re also close to a handful of popular wedding venues nearby such as Beachwoods (walking distance), The Reeds (short uber), Sea Isle City Yacht club (walking distance).

出行信息

There are two off street parking spaces you can use in front of the house. To travel in town there is a jitney that stops on the corner and can take you anywhere you need to go on the island. There’s also uber and Lyft.
