A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. We had a great stay at Briar Patch, my wife and I, our 2 children and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us and great outside space from the grandchildren to run around. Very short walk to the beach and close to town, but still a very quiet location. A lot of information about the facilities in the house and nearby locations. We definitely be back! Thanks Pete
Fabulous, tastefully extended property. Walking distance of every where we needed. Great for our dog, lovely garden. A truly wonderful family weekend by the sea. Walks, good food, board games and memories made!!
Great location to get into town and the beach. The downstairs is bright and airy and the outside space is nice and well kept. Kitchen has all that you would need. We booked and paid the additional £50 to bring our 2 Jack Russell sized dogs which is great they are allowed come but do note that 2 dogs, regardless of their size, is the maximum and it is non-negotiable for a 3rd.
