The advertising and pictures are only of the areas that look nice and presentable. There is lots of damages, broken items, trash, dust, and a general lack of cleanliness and tideness. When we arrived, we had to wash all the dishes as none were clean. All the cabinets have dust and dirt inside. The fridge was filthy, juice, or something spilled all inside. Also, needles from a previous guest were left in the fridge. All the trash cans were overflowing when we arrived. We had to pile trash bags outside and remind the host to come get said trash twice. The filters for the A/C were caked with dust, and all vents looked as if they hadn't been dusted in a decade, if not longer. There was food and an abundance of dust under all the couches. I wish this experience was different. Do not give the positive reviews the benefit like I did. All the negative reviews are correct, sadly. P.S. make sure to check your toilets for welcome surprises! There were feces left from previous guests.

The property was very spacious. It was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to gather to gether snd have our space. The host supplied everything from beach towel to pool toys. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very family friendly. The pool gets deep at one end so make sure you monitor your children.

Open floor plan and huge backyard, it was perfect for our group. Total 4 couples didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Definitely be back!

This house was just as described. It was a comfy, clean place throughout. We had our annual friends trip there this year and everything was impressed and happy. The backyard was wonderful with plenty of room to hang out and lots of thing to do. The only short coming would be the garage where the pool table is. There was one very tiny light bulb that barely kept the space lit and it smelled of very bad mold/must. We didn't get to play any pool because of this. Other than that small detail, the property was great and what we expected. We would stay there again!

Smadi’s place is the place to be!! Beautiful house inside and out and perfect for entertaining. It sits in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and 12 short mins to the beach! Smadi is friendly, helpful, accommodating and there for you in every way possible. She really made us feel at home! There is so much to do here, you’ll never get bored! The house was also very clean and taken care of. A basket of s’mores goodies was left for the kids, and coffee, linens and kitchen essentials were stocked. The pool was clean, warm and a lot of fun! There was even beach towels and plenty of pool toys available for use. My favorite part was the TWO master suites.. they did not disappoint! You could have a party in those showers! If you’re thinking of staying at Smadi’s place, just stop looking and book it already. You’ll love it!
