Eric’s place was awesome for me and my 3 friends, the only thing I could say was a little bit of a pain was that the piano bar next door gets EXTREMELY busy during the night and if you go out and come back there may be trouble finding a place to park, not that big of a deal tho. The traffic at the intersection is noisy but it’s no problem, also loved how Eric always responded so quickly when I needed something, 10/10 will rent here again in the future!

I chose this place since it was close to Skippack. I enjoy the women's boutiques and home good stores. I was there in 5 minutes. Rather than even drive the 5 mins to Skippack, I enjoyed walking across the street to the Bay Pony Inn. It was also just steps to the Piano Bar. Neither are open 7 days a week, but go for a long weekend and enjoy the convenience of both. Know there are steps into the unit (hence the name "Loft" in its title.) The full kitchen was fully-equipped with everything you'll need. The modern bathroom was a nice amenity as well. It's the old charm (L/R, B/Rs) blended with the new comforts (kitchen and bathroom.)

Great appartment with lots of space and all the kitchen, bathroom, dining things you could beed. Eric was a very attentive host. Replied within minutes and also suggested some great places in the area. Hope to be back.

Stayed while attending a tournament at iRoy multisport facility. Only 15 minutes away and better than staying at a hotel. Clean and as described. It is located at a busy intersection and next to a piano bar. We knew that going in and didn’t mind. Eric was proactive with communicating. No issues.
