The cottage was just as the pictures had shown. I never spoke with Malcolm during my stay I did talk with the woman who helps him .( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was awesome) I had asked for an early check in if possible, she called when the cottage was ready and I was able to check in. There was an issue she said with some water in the fireplace in the basement due to the weather it was taken care of and I didn’t notice any issues. She checked on us after the earthquake to make sure everything was okay. We were in town for my mom’s funeral which was right when the earthquake happened. The house is older but we loved it, had character, modern appliances, very clean, well maintained, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. Everything on the listing was there and more. The only slight problem was the water pressure in the shower was low but not enough cause a big issue. Thank you for making a difficult time easier to deal with. Thank your friend from her kindness!

4 generations came together for a party in town and we had questions as we sorted thru the logistics. Malcolm cottage was in the ideal location and the photos were spot on. We were able to cook, play games, and enjoy family time in groups at this beautiful residence. 10/10 the furniture, the decor takes you back in time while it’s classic and still very modern. The welcoming items: nice touch and ability to wash/dry after a couple of days. Lovely.
