We enjoyed our stay at Kaye's place a lot. Kaye's place feels like retreat venues we went to as kids, and it immediately made us feel nostalgic. There's plenty of beds & recliners for us to lounge on. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Kaye was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We forgot to buy ourselves some marshmallows on the way, and Kaye was kind enough to share some of hers! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the deck & backyard. The place could improve with a stronger Wifi & an additional shower. But overall, we had a really great time. Thank you for letting us check out late, Grama KK. We appreciate it!

Kaye's place was just what we needed for a small private wedding. There was plenty of space, nice screened deck with a beautiful view. We had the back section of the house to ourselves to grill and have a bon fire. We felt right at home! Kaye provided what we needed to have a beautiful wedding reception! Very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely go back!!

Kaye was extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful. Her Airbnb was full of useful amenities, and she invited the free use of all of them. We cooked several large meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There was an instructional binder filled with helpful tips near the entry, and she even assured her guest that noise will rarely be an issue, and she was readily available if we had any questions. The views are stunning, and we found ourselves spending most of our down time on the enclosed patio. I would highly recommend this Sunset Retreat to any large group looking to get away for a bit!

Kaye is a fabulous host and has the perfect spot for a large family retreat or group of friends. There is PLENTY of dining area (3 separate tables, actually), a large kitchen and a screened in porch that will seat about 30 people (!). It's serene with a view that will convince you to luxuriate in the Ozark Mountains! She has good directions and the whole process is smooth. Very clean, comfortable and also has a very large living room for gatherings. This was our 2nd visit -- and we'll definitely be back again! :)

Beautiful location with great covered patio to enjoy the surroundings. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for our 2 families.
