The home is close to the highway and in a charming neighborhood. It is much bigger on the inside than it appears, so that's a plus. There is a noticeable musty smell in the kitchen and near the backdoor, which bothered our group. The backyard is pretty large, but the fence isn't in great shape, with numerous holes (there is an aluminum fence behind it, so dogs/kids cannot get out, but privacy is lacking because of it). The gate from the driveway to the backyard is broken and does not close, which isn't ideal. The backyard had quite a bit of dog droppings in it from prior guests, so much so that the kids could not play in the backyard and our dog wasn't even comfortable doing her business back there. For nearly $500 for the night, including fees/taxes, I expected much better.

Great location! Very close to I-77, but not to where road noise was an issue. Local attractions are a short drive. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you bring washcloths and hand towels.

Sam was very quick, polite and, responsive to all my questions. The property is conveniently located with a quick access to downtown. His home gave a at home feel and was comfortable and cozy. Thank you Sam for your hospitality.

Property was good and as described. The location was great for what we needed and about 15 mins max to everything. Quiet neighborhood and spacious backyard. I would recommend Sam’s place.
