Hello ! My name is Sara Riviera, I am owner and manager of several flats exclusively at Costa Plana - Cap d’Ail Monaco. The Residence was built by a world renown Architect, Jean Nouvel, being recognized for several exceptional buildings such as Tour Agbar in Barcelona, Le Louvre of Abu Dhabi, The Cartier Foundation in Paris, The Arab World Institute in Paris. SARA RIVIERA Costa Plana offers you a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, 5 minutes away from Monaco… Located in the hills of Cap d’Ail, in a calm area and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes: you’re at the right place to turn off and heal from any kind of life stress. A complementary car park is offered to be able to visit the French Riviera with no stress of looking for a parking every day. During summer, chill out on your terrasse, at the solarium or by our rooftop, infinite view, gorgeous swimming pool. SARA RIVIERA is now developing a range of extra services, such as continental breakfast trays for 10€, special decoration for arrivals (flowers, champagne, helium ballons), mid-stays cleanings, and 2 beauty Spray tan experiences for women: The Princess Special (for 1 pax: 55 min with full body massage, spray tan and a complementary glass of Champagne Royal Riviera) and The Girlfriend Escape (for 2/3 pax: 90 min with full body spraytan and complementary glasses of Champagne). Your arrival is self check in BUT Sara has an office at the level -1 from the swimming pool area, and she leaves just across the street. Therefore, it is easy to be in contact with us if needed (in the extend that Sara also needs to sleep at night!!). As soon as you book you will receive a message with a link to our (Hidden by Airbnb) maps for directions to SARA RIVIERA Costa Plana, as well as few phone numbers of our team. We will also ask you to send us your ID papers. It’s important to us to welcome guests who are willing to enjoy and respect our properties, parties are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. The opening dates of the swimming pool are not known yet, for this season, we expect to be open mid-June BUT we do not guarantee the exact date as of yet. There are 2 beaches nearby: MALA Beach (15 min by foot on a steep land) & MARQUET Beach (10 min by car, public parking on the beach). For short stays, 2 small supermarkets are in Cap d’Ail village (5 min walking by the costa plana stairs), 2 bakeries, 2 restaurants, 1 pharmacy. For longer stays, Carrefour supermarket Monaco is only 10 minutes away by car.
