The beautiful wisteria climbing on its facade gives it a traditional French farmhouse charm and is perfect for Summer al fresco dining in one of France's sunniest regions. Its very spacious rooms and living areas will comfortably welcome large groups for all occasions. There is a private walled garden, with its own swimming pool (7×3.5 m) and a ping-pong table. Le Manoir carries its name well as it sits proudly at the entrance of the Château de Bourneau Estate, directly facing the château. The kitchen has direct access to the garden, which is perfect when preparing your outdoor meals, allowing you to enjoy the climate of the second sunniest region in France! A double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom completes the ground floor and will offer privacy and easier access for guests who find stair-climbing difficult. The other bedrooms are all situated upstairs, where you will find an additional three bathrooms.
