Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, παρα πολυ ευρύχωρο, στην καρδια του Ρεθύμνου, με τρομερη θεα απο το μπαλκονι! Η κυρία Ιουλία ήταν εκπληκτική, φιλόξενη και πολυ εξυπηρετική!

This apartment smells like an ashtray. The smoke smell was so overwhelming, it affected our ability to enjoy the stay. We had to leave the balcony doors open to breathe without gagging. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that Smoking Allowed listed under amenities meant that the home would smell so bad. If you are allergic or sensitive to smoke smell, reconsider staying here. Also, it should be noted that Unlimited Hot Water is only available when there is enough sun to heat the solar-powered tank. On sunny days in December, only 1 out of 4 people in our group got a hot shower. Pros: - Location walkable to Old Town & Venetian Harbor - Cafe downstairs has delicious coffee & pastries - Grocery around corner with fresh veggies & fruit Cons: - Entire apartment smells like cigarette smoke - Bed linens are made of polyester & are not comfortable - Hot water dependent on solar, no back up heating source - Photos are old & apartment looks worse than pictured - Entire home needs a deep clean

4 of us enjoyed the apartment and the great location. Julia checked on us everyday by message to help with anything we needed. Julia also allowed us a late checkout the day we left. Thanks for everything it was a great stay !

Julia is very friendly and helpful. She gave very nice welcome gifts from local products. The accommodation is in perfect location, it is easy to walk to the center of Rethymno. There is a nice view to the port from the balcony.
