Penny and her cottage are both fantastic. She was super friendly, helpful, and very responsive and happy to help with any questions. We got to sit and chat for a bit the first night we were there and had a very nice time. The cottage is clean, cozy, comfortable, and a great location. Easy walk to town, and a nice view of the harbor from the living room and porch. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Penny was absolutely amazing! She gave us great recommendations on site seeing and restaurants. The area was a beautiful place to stay. The cabin is in walking distance of down town Boothbay! Definitely would recommend and stay again. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable.

The cottage was adorable, very comfy and cozy and Penny, the host is just a wonderful, caring lovely lady. We felt right at home and definitly come back. Boothbay Harbor is a quaint little town with lots to do there and around, restaurants are good and people are very friendly. The cottage is just a short walk away from the town and everything is very walkable. We absolutely recommend the Cottage and town if you wanna have a "Hallmark" experience. Just loved it

Penny's house is just perfect and comfortable for a week in Boothbay Harbor. We loved relaxing on the porch after a morning's hike. The house is a 10 minute walk to town over the scenic pedestrian bridge. Penny was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Boothbay Harbor.

Absolutely loved Penny’s Boothbay Harbor Cottage. My new home away from home. The cottage was so comfortable with comfy beds and just lovely decorations and amazing porch it felt like home as soon as we arrived. Penny was an amazing host and so knowledgeable about her beautiful Boothbay Harbor. Penny told us about all the great restaurants and places to go. We can’t wait to return and visit Penny’s lovely cottage and her beautiful Boothbay Harbor. Thank you Penny Carol and Bob
