Amazing all around!!!!! It was suppose to be a winter weekend getaway with our young adult children to go skiing and ice fishing, well mother nature had other plans this winter. But John made sure we still had a great weekend. He suggested the Eau Claire Dells County Park to do some hiking. It was a great suggestion, beautiful park, a great area to spend the afternoon. The lake cabin is perfect, cozy yet spacious, beautiful lake view. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Amazing hosts, left us a drink recipe to try (yum), communication is great (one of the best I've dealt with). An absolutely great weekend!!!! Defiantly recommend and would love to come back!

Great host with good recommendations for places to check out since there was no snow. Also welcomed us with a great beverage recipe. The place was well stocked and cannot imagine we would have needed anything else!

We reserved John's place to spend Christmas with our three college age children. John had the place decorated tree and all, which we did not expect, including the ingredients for a drink so we could do a toast! Overall, a great place to stay winter or summer.
