My husband and I stayed at Daniel’s place for 1 month. The area is nice, I felt comfortable and safe. The subway is about an 8 minute walk. Grocery stores and Deli’s are near by. Daniel is very communicative and has record time responses. The place was of course spacious for the 2 of us and had all of the necessary amenities to cook. You must visit Cuts and Slices during your stay, they have amazing one of a kind pizza!! We went multiple times! I would definitely recommend this unit for extended stays. Thanks again Daniel!
Apartamento a 5 min de parada de metro linea J que lleva hasta Downtown Manhattan en unos 30-40 min. Estaba tal cual se muestra en las fotografías y estaba todo ordenado y limpio a nuestra llegada, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El trato con Daniel ha sido muy fluido, en el momento que le hacíamos una pregunta no tardaba en contestar. Mencionar que el acceso al apartamento es a través de 2 tramos de escaleras estrechos (no más de 15 escalones cada uno) y en el momento que amanece entra la luz del día, ya que las ventanas tienen persianas venecianas y las cortinas son algo translucidas. A nosotros ninguno de estos aspectos nos resultó un inconveniente. La zona es tranquila de noche, lo que te permite descansar después de estar todo el día fuera visitando NYC. Al ir con nuestro hijo de 6 años, valorabamos la posibilidad de poder desayunar y cenar en "casa", por lo que el apartamento se ha ajustado a nuestras necesidades. Recomendable 100%
Wir, 2 Paare, haben 1 Woche Sightseeing-Urlaub in New York verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung in Brooklyn ist perfekt für viele Unternehmungen. Zur nächsten Subwaystation sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Von dort kommt man sehr schnell in alle möglichen Gebiete der Stadt. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Daniel hat uns hier viele gute Tipps gegeben. Auch die Anbindung zum JFK ist mit der Subway und dem Airtrain nahezu perfekt. Wir haben uns in der Gegend absolut sicher gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist bestens, wir haben nichts vermisst. An zwei Tagen hatten wir einen Mietwagen um die Umgebung von New York zu erkunden.Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße vor dem Haus oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Daniel war bei Fragen immer erreichbar, seine Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft und die große Hilfsbereitschaft. Alles sehr gut funktioniert. Metro A in 10 Minuten und L in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf an jeder Ecke. Sehr gerne wieder bei unserem Gastgeber Daniel. Gepäck konnten wir problemlos am Abreisetag bis Nachmittags in der Unterkunft deponieren.
Great place to stay, a home from home. Loved the supplies left such as coffee and filters and washing up liquid and loo roll. Filter water ready in the fridge too. Fab shower with super soft towels. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable . The area felt safe ( we were four ladies). The locals were friendly and it was a very short walk to the underground station. Highly recommend staying here.

I am a very hardworking man who enjoys meeting new people from different parts of the world. Traveling is my passion and I have visited many different countries in an effort to meet new people with different ethnicity backgrounds and cultures. I taught in The New York City Public schools for over twenty five years and I had the opportunity to work with multicultural diverse children and colleagues as well. As a result, I've learned several languages which allowed me to navigate through different cultures and relate to others. I've visited several European cities, but one of my favorite cities is London. The people there are very kind, friendly and welcoming. The shows there are spectacular. I am a music lover and I listen to all kinds of music from many different cultures. I often travel on Airbnb and I've learned the importance of having a certain level of comfort while vacationing abroad. Because of that, I have decided to become an AirBnB Superhost to provide the same level of comfort or better to my guests while visiting New York City.
