We very much enjoyed our stay at Renee and Dan's villa. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We truly enjoyed their gorgeous view of Lake Winnipesaukee, and the fireplace was a special addition to our fall weekend getaway. Renee was sure to check in to make sure we had arrived safely and everything was to our liking. We appreciated the sweet touches like the bottled water in the fridge and the s'mores kit upon arrival. We are very familiar with the area and usually stay in the inn near this villa but wanted to try something different this year. We had a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Thank you Renee & Dan! We had an amazing time at their place. The high ceilings, high end finishes and decor were wonderful! The living room/kitchen was spacious and had great views of the lake. It was the perfect backdrop to get ready for the day of my wedding, and just steps away from Church Landing! We would love to come back. We had a couple issues with the tv and heating, but Renee & Dan were incredibly helpful, gave suggestions and offered to come by. A few of my family members even asked for the link to the place so they could come back :)

The owners really worked hard to make sure we had an exceptional stay, and we did! The house was beautiful, right on the water. There were various good restaurants and hiking spots for us to explore. The coffee and food basket was a nice touch. Another guest and I had a great time on the foosball table! Perfect couples weekend getaway . Thanks again and Great job!
