David is a very respectful and responsive host. My daughter and I enjoyed some time in the pool. The place was decorated cutely and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and fridge. The Airbnb is walkable to Mate Factor and Forsyth Park, both of which I found to be very cool places.

David was responsive when I texted him about the chirping of the smoke detector. It needed new batteries. He came when I was out and about and fixed it. Finding the location.. My tip.. place in 529 E Gwinett and GPS will take you there easier than the 528. Also, if you read the instructions, well.. They make sense... Make sure it is East.....

My first time in Savannah was just amazing and Davids property was just the cherry on top! From the hospitality, accommodations and recommendations, David and his family (including the adorable pup!) were so very welcoming! Perfect location for your downtown Savannah exploring and conveniently located next to Krogers Groceries. The property had everything you would need for a short/long stay. Very thought out, clean and comfortable! Especially that couch. Ended up sleeping in the living room a couple of nights because it was so cozy and comfy in there. Was going to rent a car but ended up canceling the reservation because you can easily get around by walking or lyft. They do also have great space for your rental if you do end up getting one though. Overall, just the perfect safe & cozy spot for your Savannah stay! Will absolutely stay at Davids property again ☺️

location was a tad bit hard to find for someone who doesn’t understand how busier crowded cities work haha! other than that, the place was amazing! cozy, cute and quiet area! David was a breeze to work with and contact! very nice people and place, highly recommend!
