We had a wonderful stay. Daniela provided very gracious hospitality, including help leading up to the vacation and while we were . She was very forthcoming, attentive, helpful in researching things to do in the area, bringing us whatever we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and private terraces were great and were true to the pictures. The sitting area outside was pleasant, including the hot tub, the pool for the kids and the sitting areas. It was buggy which made sitting outdoors more challenging and the bugs came inside because there were no screens on the doors. Based on the pictures, we expected a green well kept lawn, but were disappointed when we found weeds in the front and yellow grass in the back. There are limited things to do close by (less than 1.25-1.5 hours) and the closest town can provide the basic necessities. All in all we enjoyed the house very much and highly recommend Daniela and this villa for a family or a few couples.

Прекрасна обстановка. Вилата беше много чиста и подредена. Посрещнаха ни много топло и приятелски. Препоръчваме горещо,защото вилата и всичко свързано с нея беше прекрасно.

We rented out the villa with the family and we were looking for fire place and fire pit in the yard, this villa had it all. On arrival there was 5 pieces of wood that was just enough to set up the fire place. They said they can give us a cart with wood for 20lv, absolutely ridiculous. We had to go for two hours all over the area on Sunday when everything was closed to look to find wood and again one more time buy on our own expense. We found wood that we stuffed in our car and bought 10 times more for the same amount that they asked from the villa. Ridiculous. In 21 century in Airbnb with that price had PAID coffee machine! We were 12 people, imagine how much money we had to give just for coffee in the villa itself! In most places in that price range in Bulgaria you can find more than 2 types of coffee machines in the kitchen. I left the 20lv on the table outside when the landlord was there and she didn’t take them back then. Then she asked to send 20lv to her account once we checked out. I sent the 20lv. Absolutely ridiculous. We were just the family, we cleaned the place and treated it like our home. She thanked us for this while asking for the 20lv for wood that was supposed to be there for us! Ridiculous. Look for other places in the area and Apriltsi, you will find way better places with free wood and free coffee. The house itself is just as shown on the pictures, it was nice and well heated inside. The one star goes for bad organization and greed. Definitely never going back there.
